Colbrand proudly presents another milestone in its short history. Colbrand's international brand Holland's Finest is launched today at Gulfood, the world's largest food fair, which is being held between February 17th and 21st in the Dubai World Trade Center. 'With this new brand we take bread toppings, breakfast cereals and syrups from our own recipe to the international market', says Mario van Stijn, CCO at Colbrand. 'This makes it easier for international retailers to offer our delicious, typical Dutch products to their customers.'
A-brand quality products
Holland's Finest offers customers A-brand quality products which ensure pleasure at the dinner table. 'The name Holland's Finest was chosen for a special reason', Van Stijn says. "Abroad, The Netherlands are known for high quality products. Our ambition is to strengthen this image by working with the best ingredients and tastiest recipes'.
Van Stijn is convinced that when it comes to bread toppings there is a world to be won: 'For us chocolate sprinkles, flakes or fruit sprinkles are common. Abroad, companies can genuinely surprise their customers with the many applications of these tasty toppings. At this moment, possibilities to just have a go at it have become much greater.
Fine cereals and sugar free syrups
Although cereals and syrups are well known outside our borders, Van Stijn sees plenty of opportunities there as well. 'Holland's Finest cereals have a very fine structure, which is rather uncommon abroad. Besides, we have high expectations of our recently launched line of sugar free syrups, which fits into a worldwide trend of healthy eating and drinking.
